1.     Title of the Practice –

Physical training for students forselection in Police and Armed Forces.

2.     Objectives of the practice

The main objective of training thestudents by the college is to prepare them for any kind of physical skillsemployment such as police force, armed force, paramilitary security, city armyand forest department like government and semi-government. In order to getemployment, physical training is provided to them in the sports ground of thecollege.

3.     The Context –

It is often seen that many boys/girls fail due tolack of training in physical efficiency. To overcome this failure, the collegeis giving physical training to its students and making them capable. Attempt ismade

4.      The Practice –

             College Instructor Shri M.N. The students aregiven 100 meters run, 5000 meters run, long jump high jump, shot throw, javelinthrow and exercise by the Siddar (Sports Incharge) along with the rules ofphysical training, how to run and fixed according to the time. After reachingthe place, how to maintain physical training, nutritious diet is taken, whichis given daily chart of what kind of nutritious food will be in the routine ofboys/girls, so that its basic of making physical efficiency efficient. Thepurpose of : is, the police department personnel are invited to the college fortraining from time to time, by which the shortcomings of the examinees arerectified. The performance of the trainees received improves.

        The trainee students of our college aretaking advantage of this training and getting selected in various Armed ForcesPolice Department and Forest Department, some of which are as follows -Dharmendra Paikra, Purushottam Deewan, Nagendra Kumar Sahu, Pardesi,

6.     Problem encountered and resources required :-

 It was seenin the initial stage that the candidates had dislike towards physical training,to overcome this dislike, along with appointing skilled trainers, the help ofpolice department was taken, through which interest in students was taken. Bygenerating and trying to make physical training excellent, due to whichinterest was developed in them for this training.

 The poorstudents of this area were benefited by the efforts of the college, due towhich the opportunity of getting employment has been obtained through thistraining.

1.     Title of the Practice –

 "Cleanliness Campaign"

2.     Objectives of the practice

To create awareness about cleanliness and tomotivate people to maintain cleanliness.

3.     The Context –

It is often seen that even after the cleanlinesscampaign being run by the State Government and the Central Government, theindifference of the people towards cleanliness which invites many types ofdiseases and pollution in the city and village, its For this, the collegecontributes in the cleanliness of Kasdol city along with making them aware ofcleanliness through the students.

4.      The Practice –

       Thestudents of the college clean the market square pond and square squares ofKasdol city from time to time, in addition to categorizing the garbage in orderto maintain the cleanliness city, and the different garbage for dry wet waste.It is recommended to use a box.

5.     Evidence of Success :-

         Fromtime to time, efforts were made by the students of the college to bringcleanliness work and awareness under the cleanliness campaign, the fruitfulresult of which was that people started becoming aware of cleanliness and thecity started looking clean, along with cleanliness survey to the people of thearea. was inspired to participate. In the ranking of cleanliness cities in theyear 2020, Kasdol city stood first in the Nagar Panchayat category. In whichthere was a direct contribution of the students of the college. (illustration)

6.      Problem encounteredand resources required :-

         Therewas no special problem during the cleanliness campaign. In order to runcleanliness on a large scale, more and more students were made aware ofcleanliness and cleanliness by connecting with this campaign, no special kindof resource was required for this.

7.     Notes (Optional) –

      It hasnow been seen that people do not have awareness about cleanliness, which can beseen as a side effect of unhygienic appearance or increase in the number ofmosquitoes, as well as eating polythene packets thrown by stray animals, due towhich these Innocent animals die prematurely.
